Facts
what it means
A one-word endorsement, often with no punctuation. "Facts" agrees with a statement outright, unlike "valid" which merely accepts the reasoning.
Emphatic agreement — "that's completely true".
the origin story
AAVE, widespread in hip-hop and on Twitter through the 2010s as a standalone affirmation.
It was one of the earliest single-word agreement replies to dominate comment sections, and it remains in use long after flashier alternatives faded. "Facts no printer" was a brief embellished variant.
