From the "GigaChad" photo series by Russian photographer Krista Sudmalis, part of the Sleek'N'Tears project, which spread through imageboards from 2017.
The image became one of the most recognisable reaction templates of the early 2020s, largely detached from its origins. Many people who use it don't know the subject is a real model in a stylised art project rather than a digital creation.
